Claude Code: session tokens against the weekly plan limit, counted since the last plan reset (Thursdays). Codex: weekly limit usage from the Codex CLI's own rate-limit telemetry (the same numbers the app shows), refreshed each time a writer run executes. The two run on separate plans.

Draft = Remy wrote the email and handed it to the rep — as a Process Street review card (new flow) or a Gmail draft (legacy flow, being retired).

From HubSpot: replies via Recent Sales Email Replied Date (latest reply per contact), meetings via meeting engagements, counting every booked meeting except cancelled ones (bucketed by booking date). Counted for contacts with a Remy draft when the event lands on/after their first draft; each contact contributes at most one of each. "Booked from" = the mailbox that sent the last Remy email before the booking. Credit: Sourced = Remy's email drove the booking (counts in the KPI); Assisted = Remy touched the contact but a human conversation took the meaningful touch (shown, hover for the reason, never counted).

Review Funnel — by campaign (last 14 days)

Remy drafts that went through the "CS Message Review" workflow — what the reviewer decided, per campaign, within the selected date range (by decision date). Awaiting = drafted, no decision yet — a current-state count that ignores the date range. Includes Abdul's Sales pilot (the "Trial outreach" rows).

Edit rate = edited ÷ decided, within the selected date range. Awaiting is current-state (ignores the range). A 100% as-is rate at volume usually means batch-approval, not perfect drafts (see the quality review).

Conversion Copy — what got the reply or meeting

Newest conversions first. Emails are what was actually sent (from the HubSpot email log), up to 3 per contact, truncated. "Copy not logged in HubSpot" means the rep's outreach to this contact never landed in HubSpot's email log (inbox not connected at the time, or sent outside a connected inbox) — the Remy angle from the draft ledger is shown instead.
